Work Programme complaint: correspondence and Independent Case Examiner’s (ICE) decision

This complaint concerns travel expenses to attend a meeting with my Work Programme advisor.   The Work Programme provider refused to pay them because I refused to sign something to acknowledge their receipt.  I am not aware of any law that requires Work Programme participants  to sign for the travel expenses they incur in attending  meetings with Work Programme advisors.

The ICE decision deals with three separate complaints  that I made to the ICE about the Work Programme provider.  The other two are:

1.  Participation in mandatory telephone conversations,

2.  Mandatory submission of job search evidence.
